ULTRA-PREMIUM BRAKE CALIPERS
OPTIMAL NVH PERFORMANCE
Our ultra-premium complete caliper assemblies and electric parking brake (EPB) actuator kits are designed to work in partnership with our application-specific friction and rotors. All our calipers are brand new, never rebuilt, and are made from both iron and aluminum alloy. Meticulous construction, using OE-quality precision machining, ensures excellent NVH performance, which reduces vibration-related noise during braking.
Brake Calipers
Our calipers are all brand new – never rebuilt. These leak-free brake caliper assemblies are extensively tested to ensure maximum safety and reliability. Both phenolic and steel caliper pistons are used, depending on the application.
1. Complete Caliper Assembly
Includes all components except the brake pads
2. Excellent Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) Performance
Produces the quietest performing aftermarket brake caliper
3. Constructed From Iron and Aluminum Alloy
Ensures maximum safety and reliability
4. Low-Drag Torque
Decreases brake fade caused by overheating
ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE (EPB) ACTUATOR KITS
EPBs are extremely common among new cars today. While conventional parking brakes required some physical force for engaging and disengaging, electric ones only need the driver to push a button and can disengage automatically when the car is pulling away. The brake force in an EPB is being generated by a DC motor called actuator or motor gear unit (MGU).

SIGNS OF A FAULTY ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR
The most common reasons for EPB actuator malfunctions are:
- A short in the actuator due to car electric system problems
- Mechanical components failure inside the actuator due to wear and tear
- Actuator overheating due to excessive workload
These are three main signs of a malfunctioning EPB actuator that requires immediate replacement:
- Warning lights or messages on a dashboard
- Whistling or clicking sound coming from the rear calipers
- Delay in braking response
